At the funeral, my wife and brother played husband and wife

Mark attended his best friend, Kevin's, mother's funeral. He saw his wife, Amy, who was supposed to be on a business trip abroad.

She was there, thanking guests as Kevin's wife.

Seeing Mark, a flicker of panic crossed her face. She pulled him aside and whispered, "Kevin's mom always wanted him to settle down. I'm just fulfilling her dying wish. Don't overthink it."

Kevin even put an arm around Mark's shoulder. "Dude, I'm just borrowing Amy for a bit. Besides, it's my mom's funeral. You're not going to be a jerk about it, are you?"

Mark laughed coldly, shrugged off Kevin's arm, and pushed Amy toward him. "Of course not. Why don't you two make this a double celebration? Funeral and wedding, all in one."

Silence fell. Confused mourners stared at them.

Amy glared at him in disbelief. "Mark! Are you crazy? This is Kevin's mother's funeral! How can you be so disrespectful?"
