Daniel Milton and I were childhood friends.
The longer I liked him, the more annoyed he became with me.
Finally, he completely despised me after Claire Spence appeared, whom he liked.
I wanted to compete fairly with her, but she fell from the second floor and broke her bones.
Daniel sent me to Simpson College in person.
"You should change your malicious nature!" said him.
Later, I no longer had any emotional fluctuations towards him. But he knelt down in tears for me.
"Jenny Todd, it's my fault! Can you give me a chance?"

Finally, the iron gate of Simpson College opened with a loud bang. The long-lost sunlight poured down, making me unable to help but shed tears.
Daniel leaned against the car and smoked, pressing the button on the steering wheel impatiently.
"Jenny, why are you crying on such a joyous day?" The principal beside me twisted my waist hard, whispering in my ear like a venomous snake, "You understand the consequences if you reveal things that shouldn't be revealed."
I wiped away my tears and put on the best smile that the teachers had trained me for. "I understand, Principal."
She turned her head satisfactorily and greeted Daniel with a pleasing tone.

Daniel sneered, "Come on, your previous life was very luxurious. Are you telling me you like a minimalist lifestyle?"

Simpson College's teacher sneered and ordered the students to strip off my clothes. "You are so extravagant and wasteful, and have no remorse. Wearing clothes is an insult to them."
I resisted, but my arms couldn't withstand the many hands desperately pulling at my clothes.
I screamed and cursed. But the teacher poured a box of chalk into my mouth, choking me almost to suffocation.
I was stripped naked and thrown onto the cement ground of the square finally.
The sunlight was strong, making the ground appear light.
I was under the contemptuous gaze of the school like a plucked monkey.

"Oh my little Jenny, look at you, you've lost so much weight in just one year!"
Mrs. Milton and my mother were good friends, and they even jokingly promised to be in-laws. If they had a boy and a girl, they would become relatives.
Unfortunately, my parents died in an accident, and the Todd Group also fell apart. Mrs. Milton felt sorry for me as an orphan and let me move in with the Milton family. She wanted to take care of me in place of my mother.
During the year at Simpson College, Daniel told Mrs. Milton that I went...
